Independent marketplace

Buyer responsibility
Users must independently verify aircraft identity, ownership, title, registration, records, condition, equipment, airworthiness, insurance, taxes, legal compliance, and suitability. Use qualified professionals.
Seller responsibility
Future sellers must have authority to advertise the aircraft and must provide accurate, lawful, non-infringing information. Paid placement will not guarantee a sale, buyer, price, ranking, or publication if moderation standards are not met.
